Rolldorado Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terdersoft B.V. (company number 164860), the operator of Rolldorado at rolldorado.com, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521. The agreement governs your use of the service, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the service in any capacity, you accept these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Rolldorado is operated by Terdersoft B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 164860, holding a Certificate of Operation for the rolldorado.com domain issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1126/0521, with an Active status as verified in the CGA certificate portal. Governing law is the law of the Company’s country of incorporation, Curaçao. Terdersoft B.V. also operates Winaura under the same company registration, and the licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521 is associated with additional brands within the group.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your own jurisdiction, to register an account and use the service. Real-money play is not available to residents of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Curaçao, the Dutch West Indies, French overseas territories, and jurisdictions on the FATF blacklist including North Korea and Iran; a full list is maintained on the site. You may hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and update it promptly if it changes. We may request identity verification documents at any time and will require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal; failure to supply requested documents within 15 days may result in account restriction. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple; the minimum deposit to qualify for the welcome bonus is €15, with higher minimums applying to specific promotions as stated in their respective terms. Deposits credit instantly; the internal operating currency is Euro, and no currency conversion or exchange service is provided. The minimum withdrawal is €50 or the equivalent in your account currency. We process withdrawal requests within 72 hours on our side; additional time may apply depending on your payment provider or receiving bank. Withdrawals must be returned to the payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal limits apply per day, per week, and per month; the current limits applicable to your account are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the cashier and increase with your loyalty rank, with Gold 2 and above also receiving priority processing. Wins exceeding €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000. Deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal can be processed, as an anti-money-laundering measure, and no withdrawal is released until your account is fully verified.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard conditions apply across the platform unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, with a maximum bet of €5 (or 10 CAD/AUD, 5 CHF) on any single round during active bonus wagering, including purchased bonus rounds and doubling rounds. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is 10 times the bonus amount. Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of credit; any unmet wagering at expiry results in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. All bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are played first; under the Sticky Light mechanic, the balance is split into real and bonus portions and wagering is counted from the bonus portion only. You may cancel a bonus without losing your own deposited funds, but withdrawing your deposit before wagering is complete voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is identified.

Responsible gambling

We provide deposit limits, loss limits, playtime limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion as tools to support responsible gambling; the full description of each tool and instructions for activating them are set out on our Responsible Gambling page. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately on receipt, and we make reasonable efforts to prevent new accounts being opened by a self-excluded player. No prize is awarded in respect of a win that occurs while a cooling-off period is active. Deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits; alternative limit tools are available for accounts transacting in cryptocurrency.

Dispute resolution

Complaints must be submitted in the first instance to our customer support team, available 24 hours a day via live chat or email. If front-line support cannot resolve a complaint immediately, it is escalated within the support department and you are kept informed of its progress. If a complaint remains unresolved after escalation to casino management level, you may refer it to an independent body, a gaming authority, or the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing regulator; contact details and the full process are set out in our Dispute Resolution document, linked in the site footer. Server logs and records are the final authority in any dispute concerning a game result.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify you of significant changes by email to the address registered on your account or by notice on the site. The updated terms take effect from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
